The Directorate shall address governmental and private institutions to list field training opportunities on an annual basis before the beginning of the year, and align job seekers' requests with the needs of government and private agencies in terms of specialisation.

Offering field training opportunities to graduates seeking job opportunties, obtaining their approval for the training, and then signing the training contract, which includes the amount of financial rewards and the conditions for field training.

The time period for field training is one month, which can be extended for 3 months.

After completing the training, the trainee shall receive a field training certificate issued by the Human Resources Directorate, a reward of 1,000 dirhams for job seekers holding a high school certificate, and 1,500 dirhams for job seekers with a university degree.
