The Directorate provides field training service (on-the-job training), and it is considered one of the forms of training that is relied upon to enable job seekers to acquire practical experiences by accompanying employees at training agencies in the actual workplace and during daily working hours, while performing their daily job tasks. 
The Directorate shall monitor the implementation of the field training programme, in cooperation with all government and private agencies and their branches in various cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah.
