The job seeker can participate in the qualifying programmes according to the target group. There are programmes that are intended for high school certificate holders, and others are specialised programmes that depend on the academic specialisation of the job seeker.

• The Rehabilitation Department announces the electronic qualification programmes through the Directorate's social media on hr_sharjah account on Instagram and Twitter.
• Communicating with the target groups of the rehabilitation programmes to inform them of participation.

• Commitment to attendance, where attendance rate shall be no less than 80%.

Satisfying all the programme requirements, and successfully passing exams, to be able to obtain a certificate of participation in qualification programmes.
