The Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) organised a diploma on the talent management , as part of a series of remote training and foundational programs implemented for the benefits of a number of employees from various government agencies, departments, bodies and institutions, in the city of Sharjah, the central region and the eastern region.
The diploma targeted managing directors, departments’ heads, administrative staff, and human resources and training professionals.

It addressed a number of important axes, most notably the concept of talent management, its importance and pillars, the motives for implementing the talent management system, and the principles governing its activation.

The diploma also highlighted the best local and international experiences and practices in the field of talent management, shedding light on the importance of effective and integrated talent management system

The implementation of this diploma comes within the training plan of 2020, which is held through the WEBEX program.

After passing the diploma, the trainees will obtain an approved training certificate, to be included in the employee's online training system.

The organisation of such programs comes in line with the Directorate's endeavors to implement several developmental programs , targeting several employees in Sharjah government through an integrated interactive electronic environment.
