Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources announces tomorrow Wednesday the details of the Sixth Sharjah Human Resources Conference 2020

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources reveals today, Wednesday 05/02/2020, the various details of the Sixth Sharjah Human Resources Conference organised under the title of “Future of Human Resources”, under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, may God preserve him.
The press conference is scheduled to be held at 10 AM in the EMBA Hall at the main building of the University of Sharjah, in the presence of H.E. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, and representatives of the participating entities, namely: Ministry of  Human Resources and Emiratisation, Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, and the University of Sharjah.
The sponsors will also attend the press conference, namely: Sharjah Islamic Bank, Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah Radio and Television Authority.
The press conference will include a review of the general topics and objectives of the Sixth Sharjah Human Resources Conference, as well as a statement of the participating specialists, academics, administrators and officials from the public and private sectors, and the persons concerned and interested in this field.
H.E. Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, Head of the Higher Committee organising the conference, confirmed that the Sixth Sharjah Human Resources Conference comes as a continuation of the five previous human resources’ conferences that tackled several important subjects throughout their periods, after including in their first year “Human Capital and Sustained Development”, “Social Responsibility of the Private Sector in Supporting Human Resources” in the second year, “Issue of Empowerment of National Cadres” in the third year, “Strategic Planning of Human Resources” in the fourth year, and “Modern Qualification Strategies in the Knowledge Society” in the fifth year.
Bin Khadim confirmed that this year will witness a qualitative shift in the organisation of the Conference, in terms of the partners, topics and selection of the subject, which will be the first of its kind to study the future of human resources and the challenges faced by human resources, through its topics that were selected carefully to cover its aspects “Future of Human Resources”.
