Following several visits to Italy and fascinated by his progress, the owner sought out the best gelato artisan in Italy and brought them here in the UAE. Together, they developed flavors utilizing both European sourced and those originating from Arabia and the Gulf, such as dates, saffron, pistachio and more. The passion for serving the best healthy gelato was realized when Abdelrahman Al Teneiji opened its first Cremolata factory and retail outlet in 2012.
