The Sharjah Human Resources Department (SHRD) held a coordination meeting with the Emirates Institute of Finance, attended by His Excellency Majid Hamad Al Marri, Director of the department, and His Excellency Marwan Al Muhairi, Director General of the Emirates Institute of Finance, along with working teams from both entities.

Integrating efforts

The meeting was held at SHRD headquarters in Sharjah.

During the meeting, ways to develop joint cooperation between the two parties and enhance institutional coordination channels to serve the strategic objectives of both parties were discussed.

A number of topics were also discussed, focusing on developing joint initiatives and integrating efforts in the fields of preparing and qualifying national competencies and supporting empowerment programmes and projects.

Consolidating institutional partnerships

Such coordination meetings are a fundamental pillar for consolidating institutional partnerships and unifying efforts to launch qualitative initiatives capable of having a tangible positive impact on human capacity development.

The meeting comes within the framework of the commitment to strengthening cooperation between national institutions and opening up broader avenues for joint work, which positively impacts national capacity building and meets the growing needs of the labour market through effective and sustainable partnerships.
