تواصل دائرة الموارد البشرية بالشارقة تنفيذ برامج مشروع "التمكين الإداري لمدراء فروع الجهات الحكومية بإمارة الشارقة" في المنطقة الشرقية، استكمالاً لخطط تطوير منظومة العمل الإداري التي اعتمدها المجلس التنفيذي للإمارة، والرامية إلى تعزيز كفاءة القيادات الميدانية وتمكينها من ممارسة صلاحياتها بفاعلية، بما يسهم في رفع جودة الخدمات الحكومية وتسريع الاستجابة لاحتياجات المتعاملين.
 

SDHR hosts ‘Leadership in Times of Change’ session

The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) organised a discussion session titled “Leadership in Times of Change: The Road to Empowerment” on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, at the theatre hall of the Sharjah Private Education Authority building, with the participation of employees from various Sharjah Government entities.

Sharjah Committee discusses new structure for municipal affairs

As part of the Sharjah Government’s ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and improve the efficiency of its administrative framework, the Organisational Structures Committee held a meeting chaired by Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, member of the Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of the Human Resources Department.
