The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) implemented a virtual training programme entitled "Gradual Return to Professional Life", for the Sharjah Education Council, targeting nursery supervisors from all cities and regions of the Emirate in Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.

Executive Regulation No. 12 of 2021, of Human Resources Law No. 6 of 2015 and its amendments, and the system of allowances and financial rewards for employees of government agencies in the Government of Sharjah, approved by Executive Council Resolution No. 13 of 2021, have been published on the website of the Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD).
