Sharjah Human Resources Department organised an open day for job interviews in collaboration with Alef Group, and in coordination with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council “Nafis”. The event was held at the Holy Quran Complex in Sharjah.
During the open day, job seekers were nominated to attend interviews with the Alef Group, with positions covered under the benefits of the government “Nafis” programme.
The interviews targeted job seekers holding bachelor’s degrees in the fields of business administration, accounting, finance, mass communication, civil engineering, and graphic design.
The open day was attended by job seekers registered with the Sharjah Human Resources Department, who were introduced to job requirements and available career options to help them select the most suitable opportunities.
Alef Group affirmed that its participation in the open recruitment day stems from a firm belief that people are the foundation of all sustainable development, and that empowering national talent is a core pillar of its journey as a local developer contributing to the creation of integrated communities.
The Group explained that it does not view recruitment merely as filling vacancies, but rather as an investment in minds and ambitions, and in building value-driven teams guided by purpose.
For its part, Sharjah Human Resources continues its efforts to enhance opportunities for qualifying, training, and employing national talent in the private sector, while intensifying its work to expand and strengthen cooperation with supporting partners from private-sector institutions and companies.
