The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resource (SDHR) organsed a dialogue session titled "Be Part of Government Excellence" at the Al Rashid Hall in House of Wisdom. The session was presented by Lt. Dr. Amina Yousef Al Naqbi, Director of the Institutional Development Branch at the Eastern Region Police Department, and was attended by directors, officials, and employees from various government entities in Sharjah.
Sustainable Leadership Vision
The session is part of the "Visions Toward Sustainable Leadership" series initiated by the department last year. This initiative underscores its dedication to fulfilling the leadership's vision for excellence in human resources, enhancing institutional performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within government workplaces.
This marks the third session in the series for the current year, with sessions continuing throughout the year to support innovation and development in government work.
