The Ministry of Health organising “Healthy and Positive Work Environment” Initiative at Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources received the healthy and positive work environment initiative’s team from the Ministry of Health and Prevention, which organised the CHECK programme within the third phase of a healthy and positive work environment initiative for 2019, in order to enable the Directorate’s employees to strengthen and consolidate healthy habits by changing some misconceptions and imparting health supporting skills and information, for two consecutive days at the headquarters of the Directorate in Al-Liya and its branch in Al-Dafin.

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources celebrated Mid-Shaaban Night by organising a series of events and activities at the Directorate’s headquarters in Al-Liya and its branches in Al Dafin and the Eastern Region in Khor Fakkan and Kalba, in the presence of the Directors of Departments, Heads of Sections and the Directorate’s employees.
 

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources organising Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management

The Directorate of Human Resources, in cooperation with the University of Sharjah, implemented the professional diploma in human resources management at the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah, with the participation of (27) employees working at the Human Resources Directorates in the departments, authorities and institutions of the Government of Sharjah. The programme runs for four weeks for the average of (110) training hours.

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, represented by Waffer Programme offering discounts to Sharjah Government employees, organised a promotional event at the Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPPA) on April 15, 2019 aiming at familiarising employees with the discounts and the entities participating in the programme. The event was attended by several entities, namely:  Medical Guide Centre, Maven Spa, Toronto Star Bodybuilding, Canadian Medical Centre and Emaar Entertainment.
 

Sharjah Social Security Fund organising its second workshop on the controls related to the “Security Law”

In continuation of its awareness plan, Sharjah Social Security Fund organised its second workshop on the controls of work under the provisions of the Social Security Law, targeting more than 100 male and female employees from 30 government entities in the Emirate, in the presence of HH Mohammed Obeid Rashed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Fund and Mohammed Khalifa, Advisor to the Fund.
