Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) is planning a series of virtual foundational and training programmes for government employees in the month of October 2022. The goal is to create national government competencies that keep up with changes in work, improve the efficiency of government employees, and encourage continuous improvement processes for the performance of government agencies and their employees.

There are programmes for employees at all levels of the organisation, from those in positions of management and supervision to those in human resources, the media, public relations, finance, and secretarial work.
