SHRD briefs its staff on basics of the Social Security Fund

Educating employees on their rights, privileges, and insurance benefits from pensions, rewards, and grants was the goal of a workshop hosted by the Sharjah Human Resources Department (SHRD) and the Sharjah Social Security Fund (SSSF) in the SHRD's Al-Dafin building and titled "Retirement Conditions for the Employee.
Advisor to the Fund Mohammed Khalifa gave the presentation, during which he discussed the Sharjah government's retirement plan.

He educated the staff on the factors that are considered when determining their retirement pension, as well as the insurance coverage they are entitled to under state law, as well as the requirements for receiving their pension and their end-of-service bonus.

The session is being held by the Department and the Fund to help employees learn about the relevant rules and regulations, and to emphasise the significance of saving and investing for retirement.
