Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR), in cooperation with Skyline University College, has organised, within the framework of its keenness to continue qualifying job seekers and enhancing their capabilities for the labor market, the qualifying programme to work in banks and the banking sector through qualifying batches.

The current batch targets (35) male and female job seekers with a high school qualification who are enrolled in the job seekers system in the department, in order to qualify and refine them with basic and practical skills that qualify them to join the work in the banking sector, in Zoom programme.

The programme, which comes within the framework of the strategic approach established by the SDHR in order to qualify national cadres, aims to enable participants to acquire general knowledge about the environment in which banks operate.
