New hires in Sharjah's many government agencies, departments, and authorities will benefit from the 2022 National Programme for the Qualification of New Employees, which is being carried out by the Sharjah Human Resources Department (SHRD).

New government employees can benefit from the programme's tier and cohort-based training, enrichment, and support offerings. The training is meant to educate participants about their responsibilities and rights in the workplace, as well as provide them with the direction they need to grow professionally and personally.

The Human Resources Law of the Emirate of Sharjah is introduced, as are the skills for interacting with workers and customers, the institutional loyalty programme, the creativity and innovation skills programme, administration, work ethics, goal setting, job discipline, and administrative education.
