Bin Khadem reviews the Directorate of Human Resources services

 Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR), received a delegation from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Municipalities, Security Affairs and Public Utilities, Health Affairs Committee, Labour and Social Affairs Committee of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), as part of the current preparations to discuss the policy of the Human Resources Department in Sharjah during the next session within the proceedings of SSC.
Welcoming the delegation, Tariq Sultan bin Khadem shed light on the great interest that SDHR attaches to promoting and supporting Emiratisation strategies in the UAE, providing qualified and productive national professionals to the different sectors, to be a mirror reflecting successes achieved by the UAE in various fields.

Dr. Abdullah Musa Ismail Saleh Al Balushi, Chairman of the Committee, pointed to the importance of the roles of SDHR and the keenness of the Council, at the beginning of the third regular session of the tenth legislative term, to give priority by discussing general issues, praising all the policies and efforts of SDHR.

Bin Khadem and his assistants reviewed the policies and efforts undertaken by different authorities recruiting Emirati workforce, in implementation of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to harness all efforts to invest in national professionals, enhance their participation and employ their capabilities in the labour market, in order to achieve family and social stability. He also stressed the importance of participating in all activities and events in support of Emiratisation to enhance the integration of joint efforts in employment.

He explained that SDHR is keen to develop systems and legislations supporting government human resources, to propose strategic projects and initiatives, to contribute to the investment of government human resources, and to develop institutional performance by focusing on development, education, training, qualification, employment, development, empowerment, motivation and partnerships.

Tariq Sultan bin Khadem concluded that SDHR exert all efforts, energies and capabilities to upgrade government human resources, and achieve job, family and social stability to ensure the improvement of government performance, keeping pace with the requirements of comprehensive development and supporting Sharjah renaissance and development.
