Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) is preparing to implement its series of virtual training programmes for December, targeting Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
The department holds 36 virtual training programmes using Microsoft Teams, such as a culture of sustainable motivation at work, strategic leadership in the era of challenges, administrative audit, talent management, retirement law in the government of Sharjah, rights and duties of working women, positive mental image making, skills of making and making administrative decisions, the ability to read customers, skills development Secretary in dealing with others, knowledge management, employee involvement in leadership decision-making, proactiveness and organisational agility, 6 sigma and institutional development, career paths and competencies required for this, spokesperson, analysis of challenges and raising competencies to achieve the future vision, self-management in times of crisis, etiquette work.
The virtual programmes are implemented within the framework of the department’s plans to provide opportunities for developing skills through electronic training, in order to create government competencies that keep pace with work developments and contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.
