SDHR conducts foundation programmes for government employees

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) will conduct, on May 23, two foundation courses, for the employees of Sharjah government entities, institutions and directorates.
The 5-day foundation programmes will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams platform.

The first programme, entitled "Leadership, Inspiring Others and Managing Strategic Change", targets directors of directorates, heads of departments and heads of divisions. The programme is designed to support the management of strategic change; and shed light on the main aspects leading change, culture, change, institutional development and work psychology. The programme is a guideline on best practices, and skills leading organisational change.

The second programme, entitled "Golden Service to the Guest towards Tourism Development", targets reception staff, public relations employees, customer service employees, tour guides and tourism employees.

The foundation programmes are part of the a series of training courses conducted by SDHR to Sharjah government employees, aiming at providing them with proactive insights into all modern strategies that will help them in their respective jobs.
