SDHR unveils July programmes for government employees

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) conducts a series of electronic training programmes for the month of July, targeting Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
SDHR conducts 29 online training programmes using the Microsoft Teams programme.

The programmes are in the fields of protocol and diplomatic etiquette; value-based leadership; positive influence; artificial intelligence; smart digital transformation strategies in governments; strategic human resources management (SHRM); overcoming the public speaking anxiety; leadership personality in institutional excellence programmes; motivation and institutional development; SOWT analysis for enterprise risk management; health workers in the work environment; establishment and growth of small projects; 7-star service excellence; management of office information systems and electronic archiving; dealing with unexpected challenges in the work environment; making an effective leader; creativity strategies and innovation application; from passion to goal; management of marketing relations; basics of business protocol and etiquette; analyzing training needs; effective methods of phone calls; strategic thinking and planning; the art of seizing and creating development opportunities; brainstorming skills; skills of drafting administrative contracts; and digital communication investment in building public relations; the role of the work environment in influencing employees; skills of organising meetings; and office protocol.

Electronic programmes are implemented within SDHR plans to develop skills through e-learning, in an effort to create government competencies that keep pace with work developments and contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.
