The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) has implemented the qualification programme "Cultural Diplomacy" dedicated to 47 job seekers who are listed in the department's system.

The programme targeted graduates of the International Relations major, who are seeking for a job from all cities and regions of the Emirate in Sharjah, the Central Region, and the Eastern Region.

The participants in the programme were briefed on the best international, regional and local practices and the most important elements of cultural diplomacy, and discussed the policies and the cultural diplomatic environment of the target countries.
