Executive Regulation No. 12 of 2021, of Human Resources Law No. 6 of 2015 and its amendments, and the system of allowances and financial rewards for employees of government agencies in the Government of Sharjah, approved by Executive Council Resolution No. 13 of 2021, have been published on the website of the Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD).

The department publishes and distributes necessary amendments to the regulation on a regular basis, as well as introduces the most prominent features and applications of the Human Resources Law in the Sharjah Government, with the purpose of raising administrative awareness and keeping up with the regulations by providing all updates.
