SHRD announces its training programmes for February

Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) announced the implementation of a serial of training programmes for February 2021 targeting Sharjah employees from all Sharjah’s regions and cities.
SHRD will implement 24 training programmes via Microsoft Teams application due to the current circumstances. 

The February programmes are: Happiness and Positive Energy Consultant Programme, Institutional Business Leadership in Crisis, Remote Work Management, Mind Maps, Media Speaker, Communication Skills with Customers Before, During and After Service Provision, Management by Goals, Achieving Results, Measuring Performance Indicators, Management Education, And management of children at home during distance learning, marketing and promotion of activities and events, investing in employee strengths, advanced digital cataloging and archiving, methodologies for improving institutional work, middle management skills, distinguished service for customer happiness, making financial decisions in times of crisis, investing and managing institutional partnerships, influencing records, managing work pressures, organizational practices to improve work methods, and methods Enhance productivity, introduction to data science, readiness for future jobs, and certified office manager.

SHRD The training programmes come within SHRD’s framework and plans to upgrade the employees’ skills in order to create government competencies, which contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.

SHRD is keen on announcing its trianing programmes periodically via social media platforms with the aim of enabling employees to choose training courses which suit their professional and personal needs in an electronic way in which saves a lot of time and effort.
