SHRD announces its training programmes for March

Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) will implement its gamut of electronic training programmes for March 2021, targeting Sharjah Government employees from all cities and regions of the emirate of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
The department will hold 24 training programmes remotely , via Microsoft Teams, including transformational leadership, body language skills, promoting a saving culture, integrated skills for new employees, listening skills, guidance and counseling skills for managers and supervisors, managing resources effectively, explaining the executive regulations for human resources in the Emirate of Sharjah, art meeting management, language programming and its applications within institutions (NLP), presentation and evaluation of institutional risks, self-planning for job excellence, future foresight in the qualification of human resources, types of administrative contracts and their conditions, positive energy skills, creativity and excellence in government writings and correspondence, new methodologies in risk management, methodologies for increasing public confidence in the organisation, occupational safety and health administration OSHA, etiquette with oneself, holding exhibitions and organising conferences and events, digital marketing in times of crisis, simplifying procedures for the customer’s journey, Emirati women and preparing for the fifty.

SHRD is keen on announcing its training programmes periodically via social media platforms with the aim of enabling employees to choose training courses which meet their professional and personal needs.
