SDHR enhances job awareness via virtual programmes

The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) implemented a virtual program about following up job performance and broadcasting it live using Webex to enhance job awareness.
The programme targeted employees of support services departments from various government agencies in Sharjah and its central and eastern regions.

It included a detailed explanation of the Human Resources Law and the follow-up procedures as well as the performance appraisal system and salary and training procedures.

It was implemented to spread knowledge among employees of government agencies in support services management and to help acquiring practical skills in performance appraisal, analysing the causes of low performance, and to create a clear future vision about job performance based on outstanding levels of performance.
