Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) held a training programme entitled “Successful Women Leaderships” that targeted all governmental employees of the city of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
The remotely held programme included several interactive applications and hosted a number of keynote speakers including Dr. Suad Sultan Al Shamsi, Frist Emirati female aeronautical engineer, who presented a paper during the programme.

Dr. Suad discussed work challenges and how to deal with them, highlighting some of her life experiences that she had during her 15 years of work, stressing the importance of passion, perseverance, and setting targets in order to achieve success.

Commenting on this, Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Member of the Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of the Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) confirmed that the training strategy of the directorate comes in line with the national direction that promotes and highlights the vital role of woman in the progress of the nation.
