SHRD carries out its electronic training programmes for November

Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) started to implement a serial of electronic training programmes for November 2020, targeting Sharjah government employees from all sharjah’s regions and cities.
SHRD carries out 38 electronic training programmes via WEBEX electronic platform including, smart strategic leadership, change management, empowering Emirati women, first impression and building customer confidence, modern electronic archiving, project management, leadership in work, human communication engineering, effective planning, innovation in government services, communication skills, effective negotiation skills, creativity for excellence in management and leadership, innovation in designing legal contracts and successful executive secretaries.

The central region’s training programmes include; Magnetic personality programme, administrative investigation procedures, statistical reporting, communication protocol with officials, middle financial management, strategic planning and goal making.

The eastern region’s training programmes include ; career creativity, the art of self-development and raising performance, how to become creative and change your life, means to increase the public’s confidence in the institution, the efficiency of team work, successful decision-making, the art of dealing with the public, leadership of institutional change Self-leadership to achieve excellence, guidance and motivation for outstanding performance, emotional intelligence to achieve leadership excellence, the art of talent management, and basic skills for statistics.

The electronic training programmes come within SHRD’s framework and plans to upgrade the employees’ skills via electronic education in order to create government competencies, which contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.

SHRD is keen on announcing its trianing programmes periodically via social media platforms with the aim of enabling employees to choose training courses which suit their professional and personal needs in an electronic way in which saves a lot of time and effort.
