Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) began the implementation of a series of electronic foundational programmes for the month of November, targeting Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of the Emirate in Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.

SDHR periodically circulates its foundational programmes on social media, with the aim of enabling employees to choose programmes that suit their job and personal needs. After passing the programme, trainees will obtain an accredited international diploma, and it is included in the employee's electronic training system.

The foundational programmes come within the framework of SDHR’s plans to provide skills development opportunities through e-learning in an effort to create government competencies that keep pace with work developments and contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.

SDHR also pays great attention in providing all its employees and future leaders with proactive visions in all strategies and affairs that serve the future and the world through electronic programs.
