The Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) started implementing a series of its online training programmes for the month of July in Sharjah, the central region and the eastern region, which it organises for employees of Sharjah government agencies, departments and bodies at all job levels.
Where the programmes are implemented through a distance training system using the WEBEX programme, after passing the trainees obtain training certificates, and they are included in the employee's online training system.

During July, 39 training programmes will be implemented, whereby the system enables training officials in all Sharjah and other Emirates entities to view the training plan through the system, and then circulate it to their employees in the workplace to apply for compatible programmes and their job fields.

These programmes come within the department's endeavors to implement the remote training plan for developmental programmes provided to government employees through an integrated interactive electronic environment. This is in order to ensure the continuity of the training system in light of the current circumstances of the global crisis of the emerging coronavirus.
