SDHR adopts document management system

His Excellency Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) and His Excellency Salah Salim Al Mahmoud, Director General of Sharjah Documentation and Archiving Authority (SDAA), signed a memorandum on the adoption of the private document management system for SDHR.
SDHR has adopted a private document management system that aims to collect, preserve and organise documents to support employees in performing their daily work by saving time and effort to quickly and accurately access all paper and electronic documents, according to the plans of classifying documents and their retention periods.

This came during the signing of a memorandum in this regard signed by His Excellency Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) and His Excellency Salah Salim Al Mahmoud, Director General of Sharjah Documentation and Archiving Authority (SDAA).

His Excellency Dr. Tariq bin Khadim said that the system, which was prepared with SDAA, confirms the keenness to enhance cooperation between two sides to serve and develop documentation systems aimed at preserving important documents, SDHR’s achievements and the work development that are part of the history of the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE.

For his part, His Excellency Salah Salem Al Mahmoud appreciated the efforts of SDHR in completing all the requirements of adopting the private document management system, which will positively reflect on the work of its employees, as the system will allow employees to work easily and efficiently with all documents related to their work.
