SDHR implements a first aid programme for nursery supervisors

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) implemented a foundational programme in first aid for the Sharjah Education Council, targeting nursery supervisors from all cities and regions of the emirate from Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
The programme is the first direct training system since the start of Coronavirus pandemic and after the virtual transformation of all training programmes, as it was held at the headquarters of Parents Council Students in Sharjah. Amid full commitment to all precautionary measures, preventive measures and social distancing distances to ensure the safety of everyone.

The programme dealt with the basics of first aid, the principles of primary medical care, the responsibilities of the paramedic, and focused on aspects of occupational health and safety, injuries and first aid for children. Upon completion of the programme, the participants obtained an accredited international certificate and a paramedic license.

The programme was implemented in order to qualify nursery supervisors to deal with emergencies and accidents, and to enable them to provide first aid services in the event of injuries or crises and raising the level of awareness and health culture have.
