Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) launched the first foundational diploma in Sharjah governments titled “Constituents of employment happiness after Corona '', targeted all levels of employment.
The foundational diploma was one of the SHRD’s training programmes for the current month, which was carried out virtually through ZOOM platform , the trainees will receive training certificates after passing all needed requirements, and the certification will be added to their electronic training system.

The foundational diploma was witnessed a large number of candidates of Sharjah governments employees on the first day of its announcement.

“Constituents of employment happiness after Corona '' diploma  aimed at acquainting participants with the definition of crisis in general and its deep impact on the society , highlighted on COVID- 19 crisis and its social , occupational and practical effects.

Commenting on this, Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Member of the Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of SHRD stated that SHRD is keen on carrying out such programme in line with UAE’s concern to mark happiness on the society's top priority. Thus SHRD has been focusing on Sharjah governments employees before and after the Covid -19 crisis by providing positive and happy environment that includes several advantages in order to stimulate them to push the wheel of development in Sharjah.
