SDHR implements a remote training programme

The program comes within the endeavors of the future department to implement the remote training plan for a number of its development programs presented to employees of the Sharjah government.

The "Basic Principles for Looking Ahead" program was approved as part of the training plan for 2020, and after passing it, the trainees received training certificates, included in the employee's online training system.

Sultan Muhammad Bin Huwaiden, Director of Career Development Department in the SDHR, explained that a remote training plan has been prepared through an integrated interactive electronic environment. It provides continuity of the training process and completes the implementation of the 2020 plan in force.

He added that within the planning for this stage, the department has implemented remote meetings with international training centres and leading homes of expertise in the field of electronic development and training, access to courses and packages of training programmes and educational materials to be provided to government employees.

On the start of the application of distance training, the Director of the Career Development Department stated that the initial preliminary results for the start of the application were identified through the development program "Basic Principles for Prospecting the Future". Where all the challenges and positives were identified, and the feedback received in the associate's evaluations of the program was received, and a questionnaire was developed to measure the impact of remote training immediately upon completion of the program, in an effort to achieve high quality performance and efficiency in the virtual training process.
