HE Dr. Tareq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of the Directorate of Human Resources, met the new employees from all job categories, who joined the team at Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources in 2019.
The aim of this meeting was to achieve effective communication and promote the culture of open dialogue between the leaders and human resources in the fields of work, in addition to motivating the new employees to demonstrate the characteristics of leadership, innovation and initiative and teamwork.
His Excellency explained that Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources is based on the vision and directions of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Ruler of Sharjah, may God preserve him, who believes that man is the basis of advancement and the human element is the first maker of success in all establishments. He confirmed that the Directorate places its human cadres at the top of its priority list, believes in their skills and seeks to continue investing in their development.
His Excellency urged the employees to excel in assuming their responsibilities, take initiatives and seize all available opportunities to develop their skills and capacities, and keep pace with the rapid changes and continuous self-learning.
He pointed out that Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources represents a nurturing environment for the creative and distinguished Emirati cadres, and a fertile environment that supports sustainable training and career development, making outstanding future leaders.
The meeting was an opportunity to the employees to express their comments and inquiries and present their suggestions which raised the interest of the Chairman of the Directorate.
