Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources announces its Training Programmes to the Employees of Sharjah Government for November

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources announced a series of training programmes for November 2019 in Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region, organised for the employees of the entities and departments of Sharjah Government of all job levels.
18 training programmes will be implemented in Sharjah and the Central Region, namely: Career Tolerance, Administrative Investigation Procedures, Office Management, Simplification of Procedures towards Paperless Management, Correspondence Etiquette, Marketing, Media Promotion, Self-development Management, Simplification of Administrative Work, Crisis Management, Art of Etiquette, Dealing with Others, Kaizen Japanese Strategy for Continuous Improvement, Career Planning and Development, Re-engineering Administrative Procedures, Administrative Excellence for Women Leaders, Future Foresight, Innovation Management, Employees Satisfaction, Career Promotion, Career Stability, Presentation Skills and Skills of Dealing with the Media and Basics of Etiquette and Protocol
It will also implement (12) training programmes for employees in the Eastern Region of Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al-Hisn, namely: First Aid, Goals Fomulating Methods, Marketing and Tolerance Strategies, Civilised Communication, Quality and Institutional Excellence Diploma, Leadership Excellence in Government Institutions, Persuasion and Ideas Marketing Skills, Effective Leadership Professional Diploma, Administrative Excellence, Photography, Photo Editing, Customer Satisfaction Integrated Systems, Organisational Behaviour, Corporate Culture, Creativity and Excellence in Government Correspondence.
The training programmes are aimed at all employees of all job levels. Their locations will be announced according to the dates thereof specified on the Department’s social media accounts. These programmes are implemented within the framework of the Department’s plans for the development of the Government’s employees in all specialised professional fields and their support in order to give them the expertise and knowledge required by the employees to increase their performance efficiency.
