The promotional campaigns of Waffer Programme that offers discounts to Sharjah Government employees at Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources continue. On Wednesday, 23/10/2019, Waffer promotional exhibition was hosted at Sharjah Institute for Heritage in Sharjah City and Subaihia Suburb Council at Khor Fakkan in the Eastern Region, in order to implement the strategic plan of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources on promoting awareness of the savings culture through the advantages and discounts provided by the“Waffer card” programme.
The following companies were present at the exhibition to promote the special offers and discounts provided to the employees: Maven Spa, Touch of Oud, Karji Perfumes, Fabe La Royale Chocolatier, Burjeel Specialty Hospital, Al Zahia, Du, Al Hikma Pharmacy Group, Rekha Dental Centre, Al Dar Medical Centre, Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah, Al Fajr Pharmacy, Al-Sa’adeh Optics Centre, Cup Cafe, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Emirates Pearl, Grand Hyatt Dubai, Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, Al Badayer Oasis, Coff Cafe, Etihad Airways, SATA, Orient Travel & Tourism Agency LLC, Jump World Games Rental, Emaar Entertainment, Taly Cafe, Zulal Water Factory, Enmaa Engineering Consultant, Fine Living Real Estate, Al Ghurair University, Skyline University College, as the exhibitions are of the most important events attended by several companies and advertising entities wishing to offer their products or spread awareness to the beneficiaries concerning the offers provided to them.
Jawaher Saif Al Oud, Director of Events and Activities Office at Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, stated that “We rely, in our promotional campaigns, on an excellent base of documented figures and data that give us an overview of the success of such campaigns as they can reach the beneficiaries through “Waffer” card granted by Sharjah Government to its employees to help them and motivate them to save”.
She added: “We always check the feedback to such promotional campaigns by setting basic standards on how the government employees can make the best use of this card. We strive to reach the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the programme as we set conditions upon signing the contracts with the companies to join the programme and offer motivating discounts or offer several competitive privileges that would benefit both parties”.
She concluded by saying: “We continue to promote Waffer card and the discounts offered by the joint stock companies to the employees and beneficiaries of our promotional campaigns by organising exhibitions as they are considered a successful means of communication between the beneficiaries and the joint stock companies in the programme, in addition to other promotional means such as social media, e-mails, and TV and radio advertisements, hoping that these promotional campaigns will have a significant impact on their way of spending and saving”.
