Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, represented by Waffer Programme for loyalty and discounts to the employees of Sharjah Government, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with AW Rostamani Lifestyle on Wednesday, at the Directorate’s headquarters in Al-Liyah. This MOU aims to give the opportunity to the private organisations and companies to participate in Waffer Programme and offer special discounts to the employees of Sharjah Government.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, and by Jazia Al Dhanhani, CEO of AW Rostamani Lifestyle.
The signing ceremony was attended by Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Director of Branches Affairs Department, Jawaher Saif Al Oud, Director of Events and Activities and Director of Waffer Programme, Abdullah Yousif, Director of Strategic Planning Office and Saif Duaifes, Director of the Chairman Office, from Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, and from AW Rostamani, Eman Al Bastaki, Emiratisation Manager, Adnan Al Amiri, Government Relations Services Specialist and John Knight, Chief Operating Officer.
The agreement will grant the employees of Sharjah Government, holders of Waffer card, several privileges and discounts on the various products and services provided by the company. The provisions of this agreement shall benefit all the employees of more than 60 departments and entities of Sharjah Government, and the retirees.
AW Rostamani stores and services offer global and important brands in various fields, such as clothing, accessories, contemporary luxury watches and jewellery, homeware, special and innovative fashion items, cafes and other lifestyle products.
H.E. Dr. Tariq Bin Khadim said: “Under the directives of HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, the Directorate seeks, through its strategic plan, to provide incentives and distinguished services to the employees of the Government to contribute to their happiness and motivation and to increase their efficiency and productivity and provide an encouraging work environment for them”. In turn, Waffer Programme is keen to meet all the needs of employees of all types of goods. He also appreciated the joint efforts of AW Rostamani to finalise such cooperation that serves the employees of Sharjah Government.
