Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources is implementing its qualification and training programmes for June in the City of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region. Nineteen qualification programmes are being implemented for job seekers; holders of all academic qualifications and listed in the system of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources.
Four qualification programmes consisting of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), business analysis, time planning and management and career guidance programme for the job interview system are being held in Sharjah.
Three qualification programmes are being held in the Central Region, consisting of managerial skills development, NLP and career guidance programme for the job interview system.
As per the Eastern Region in Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn, 12 qualification programmes are being held, consisting of self-management, art of influencing, innovation in project management, mental map, brainstorming, modern human resources technology, innovative and strategic thinking, creative planning and implementation, managerial skills development, warehouse management, improvement of warehouses operations and career guidance programme for the job interview system, which is to be held on 3 sessions.
These programmes were developed according to the labour market requirements, curricula and locally and globally approved standards , in order to raise the efficiency of the participants and develop their skills to qualify them to engage in the labour market.
Concerning the training programmes for the employees, Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources is implementing 16 training programmes in June in Sharjah and the Central Region, consisting of: Time management, seven thinking hats, VAT rules, assessment of institutional performance, change management, twenty skills for leaders, managers and decision-makers, digital techniques in indexing and e-archiving, brainstorming, creativity and problem solving, tolerance in the workplace, statistical skills in the preparation of management reports, art of preparation of media publications and bulletins, crisis and disaster management, development of management, supervisory and leadership skills, creativity and excellence in customer service, reporting and action plans.
It is also implementing 7 training programmes in the Eastern Region in Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn, consisting of: Professional diploma in nursery supervision, diploma of creative planning and thinking, successful dialogue diplomacy, administrative development of administrative assistants, self-management in a positive and efficient manner, how to be a professional customer service agent and e-media technology.
The programmes target all employees of all job levels and the venues thereof will be announced according to their dates specified on the Directorate’s website. These programmes are implemented within the Directorate’s framework for the development of the skills of the government’s employees in all specialised and supporting fields in order to provide them with the expertise and knowledge they need in order to increase the latter’s work efficiency.
