Dr. Tariq bin Khadem: Graduating The Participants of the Training Programmes in the Directorate’s Branches in Mleiha City and Dibba Al Hisn City

HE Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to HH Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah for his generous gift to the Directorate, which is the two buildings in the Mleiha and Dibba Al Hisn cities, and his keenness to provide developmental programmes to the employees of the branches of the departments, authorities and institutions of the government of Sharjah in the Central and Eastern Regions as well as the job seekers near their places of residence.
Dr. Tariq said: “I’m honored to express my sincere gratitude and greatest appreciation and respect to his HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah. We cherish his great interest and diligent follow-up of the work progress as well as his huge efforts dedicated for the development of the human being, which he considers the true wealth on this planet, and his eagerness to make this Directorate a cornerstone in the structure of this valuable motherland.”
He said his aforementioned words on the occasion of graduating the participants of the “Management Education”, “Crisis and Disaster Management”, and “Outstanding Innovation in Customer Service” training programmes in the branch of Mleiha city, as well as those who participated in the “Management Education” and “Development of the Skills of New Employees”  training programmes in the Directorate’s branch in Dibba Al Hisn city. He congratulated them on the new branches and wished them success.
He added that the Directorate is developing systems, projects and strategic initiatives contributing in the investment of national human resources and the development of corporate performance by focusing on growth, education, training and qualification, employment, development, empowerment, motivation and partnerships. the national human cadres were given the opportunity to hold managerial positions which allow them to play a prominent and leading role and effectively participate in building the nation and advancement of society.
His Excellency stated that the buildings are equipped with all the training and qualification means required for the implementation of the programmes in accordance with the adopted scientific basis, which qualifies them to become integrated training and qualification centres and a source of leadership and innovation for the national cadres.
He also declared that the Directorate is implementing through the new branches all the training, qualification and orientation programmes, and is conducting job interviews and anything that might contribute in the development and employment of human resources. The new branches of the Directorate contribute to the easy access of a large number of employees or job seekers living in the Central and Eastern regions to such programmes,
