Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources Announces its Training Programmes for the Month of August

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources has announced a series of training programmes for the coming month of August in Sharjah City, the Central Region and the Eastern Region organised by the Directorate for the employees of the entities, departments and authorities of the Government of Sharjah. The programmes target all job levels.
16 training programmes will be implemented in Sharjah City and the Central Region, namely: the Role of Institutions in Promoting Tolerance, Preparing Public Relations Officers, Promoting Innovation in the Workplace, Time Management and Priority Setting, Creative Leadership, Communication Skills, First Impression and Building Customer Trust, Arts of Negotiation with Suppliers, Job Loyalty and Trust-Building Skills, Diplomatic Middle Level Management, Advanced Statistical Analysis Methods, Balanced Scoreboard BSC, Seven Thinking Hats, Brainstorming Skills, Reporting and Meetings, Art of Interviewing to Select Best Candidates.
(9) training programmes will be implemented for employees in the Eastern Province of Kalba, Khorfakkan and Dibba Al Hisn, namely: The Art of Dealing with Human Patterns and Managing Others, Conflict Stimulates Creativity, Developing Customer Service in Service Institutions, Crisis and Disaster Management, Prospects for Managerial Innovation, Maintaining a Positive Attitude with Customers, Behavioural Methodology of Stress Management, Behavioural Values in the Workplace, Competency Management to Improve Work Quality.
The training programmes target all employees across all job levels. The places where the programmes will be held will be announced according to their dates as posted on the social media networks of the Directorate. The implementation of these programmes comes within the framework of the Directorate’s plans aiming at developing government employees in all specialised and assistant fields to help them acquire the expertise and knowledge they need, in order to raise their performance efficiency level.
