Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources Starts the Implementation of Its Qualification and Training Programmes for the Month of July

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources has started the implementation of a set of qualification and training programmes for the moth of July in the city of Sharjah as well as in the Central and Eastern regions.
Sixteen qualification programmes are being implemented for job seekers, holders of all academic qualifications and listed in the system of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources. Four qualification programmes consisting of self-development in work field, quality in the preparation of legal memos and drafting contracts, basics of photography and social and human etiquette.  
Two qualification programmes are being held in the Central Region, consisting of the excellence and innovation in secretarial work and office management as well as the social and human etiquette.
As for the Eastern Region in Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hosn, 10 qualification programmes are being held for the job seekers, consisting of the programmes dedicated for Khor Fakkan and Kalba, which will be held on two sessions and consisting of the following: creative skills in managing social media, business analysis, social media skills, conflict management skills and strategies for dealing therewith. On another hand, the programmes dedicated for Dibba Al Hosn are the following: awareness about cyber security and the art of building self-confidence.
These programmes were developed according to the labour market requirements as well as the locally and globally approved curricula and standards, in order to raise the efficiency of the participants and develop their skills to enable them to engage in the labour market.
Concerning the training programmes for the employees, Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources is implementing 17 training programmes in July for the employees of the authorities and departments of Sharjah government in Sharjah city and the Central region, including the following: functional discipline and behavioural competencies, leadership thinking in 6 Sigma system, modern electronic archiving, integrated management of the relationship between the superior and subordinates, crisis and disaster management, successful women leaders, how to become creative and change your life, the 6 Sigma methodology as a gateway to competitiveness and excellency, the techniques of dealing with work pressure and large numbers of reviewers, events, exhibitions and conferences management, brainstorming, innovation and troubleshooting, the art of handling complaints, secrets of positive thinking, electronic software law, news writing and analysis, seven thinking hats, and excellence strategies as per EFQM standards.  
Furthermore, the Directorate is also implementing 7 training programmes in the Eastern Region in Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hosn, namely: positive ways to change behaviour, how to create your leading personality, the foundations of enhancing competitiveness, the art of managing relations between employees, body language, leadership and quality of meeting management, standards of government services quality and mental planning for unleashing creative energies.
The programmes target all employees of all job levels and the venues thereof will be announced according to their dates specified on the Directorate’s social media. These programmes are implemented within the Directorate’s framework for the development of the skills of the government’s employees in all specialised and supporting professional fields so that they acquire the expertise and knowledge they need in order to increase their work efficiency.
