Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources Implements its Training Programmes to the Employees of Sharjah Government for December

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources started implementing the series of its training programmes for December in Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region, targeting the employees of the entities and departments of the Government of Sharjah of all positions’ levels.
17 training programmes are implemented in Sharjah and the Central Region, namely: Artificial Intelligence, Seven Star Services, Positive Energy, Effective Leadership Dynamics, Preparation of Organisational Structures and Job Descriptions, Advanced Financial Management and Risk Management, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), Administrative Excellence and Change Dynamics, Statistics and their Role in Planning and Follow-up, Decision Making, Employee Welfare and Happiness, Attractive Job Environment, Analysis and Conclusion Ability, Legal Formulation of Correspondences and Contracts, Professional Photography, Management Education, Smart Goals Selection Method and Meetings Management.
It also implements (12) training programmes for employees in the Eastern Region’s cities of Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al-Hisn, namely: Human Minds and Development Creativity, Skills of dealing with Work Pressure and Crowding of Auditors, Career Excellence Standards, Success and Positive Personality, How to motivate yourself and your team, Renew your Thinking and Achieve your Goals, Excellence in Providing Service to exceed Customer Expectation, Crises and Problems Management Skills, Training of Trainers (TOT), Crises and Disasters Management in Khor Fakkan and Dibba, Customer Satisfaction Standards and Team Dynamics.
The training programmes are aimed at all employees of all functional levels. Their locations will be announced according to the dates thereof specified on the social media accounts of the Department. These programmes are implemented within the framework of the Department’s plans for the development of the Government’s employees in all specialised professional fields and their support in order to give them the expertise and knowledge required by the employees to increase their performance efficiency.
