Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources announces Job Seekers Qualification Programmes for January 2020

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources announced its qualification programmes for January 2020 in Sharjah, Central Region and Eastern Region. (34) training programmes will be implemented for job seekers, holders of all academic qualifications listed in the system of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources.
(8) qualification programmes will be implemented in Sharjah, consisting of the mechanisms of excellence and performance quality in occupational health and safety, social media skills, art of building self-confidence, customer service excellence, etiquette, personal planning to achieve excellence, basic administrative skills, effective communication and body language and career guidance programme for the job interview system.
As for the Central Region, (5) qualification programmes will be implemented: Personal planning to achieve excellence, social media skills, customer service excellence, etiquette, effective communication and body language and career guidance programme for the job interview system.
(21) qualification programmes will be held in the Eastern Region, distributed between Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn, covering: Personal characters and their impact on human relations, effective institutional communication strategy, art of presentation and public speaking, customer relations management and quality of service, life and work planning skills, self-planning for career excellence, professional diploma in advanced information technology, effective negotiation strategies, modern human resources technology, self-management and secrets of success, e-management in executive secretarial work, management skills development and career guidance programme for the job interview system, to be held on 3 groups in Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn.
The locations of the qualification programmes will be announced according to the dates thereof specified on the social media accounts of the Directorate. The implementation of these programmes falls within the Directorate’s plan to develop and qualify the job seekers, as it designed these programmes according to the labour market requirements and to the curricula and standards approved locally and globally, in order to improve their performance and develop their skills to qualify them to join the labour market.
