Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources started the implementation of its April qualification programmes for job seekers in the city of Sharjah, Central Region and Eastern Region. The number of qualification programmes to be implemented amounts to (23) programmes prepared in accordance with the labour market requirements, and the approved local and international curricula and standards. These programmes aim to raise the efficiency of the participants and develop their skills in order to be qualified in the labour fields, and they target all job seekers holding academic qualifications and listed on the system of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources.
(6) qualification programmes are being implemented in the city of Sharjah, consisting of creative skills in social communication, entrepreneurship, innovation, preparation of small projects, cybersecurity awareness, self-management, art of influencing others and career guidance programme for the Job Interviews System.
Two training programmes will be implemented in the Central Region, namely Modern Human Resources Technology and Creative Skills in Social Communication Management.
In the Eastern Region, (15) qualification programmes will be implemented and the following programmes will be implemented in two groups in Khor Fakkan and Kalba: Business ethics, management, marketing strategic planning, management skills development, cashier, innovative and strategic thinking, creative planning and implementation and career guidance programme for job interviews system. Other programmes will also be implemented in Dibba Al Hosn, namely project management innovation, document management, electronic archiving, conflict management skills and strategies of dealing with conflicts.
